What is COTA?

COTA NT staff members, Janet Brown and Cecilia Chiolero will be talking about the organisation’s work at the City of Darwin’s Library Lounge session at Casuarina Library on Tuesday 18 March at 10am. All are welcome to attend and ask questions.

The morning includes:

• Learning out about the range of COTA’s work & how it supports seniors
• Finding out how you can get involved and benefit from its programs
• Participating in a Q&A session.

Advocacy | Programs | Support – The voice of seniors since 1969

Our programs include:

• Learn for life information and workshops in advance personal planning, digital literacy, cyber safety, retirement planning, financial services and more.
• Aged Care Navigators – support to access government-funded aged care services
• NT Seniors Card – program for 60+ to make savings on every day living costs
• Activities (Fit for life – social and musical, dementia-friendly activities, Seniors Month)
• Events (including Expos, Elder Abuse Awareness Day, Dying to Know Day and Grandparents Day.
