Strength for Life Easy Moves

Easy Moves is a gentle, low-impact class designed for older adults who want to improve strength, balance, flexibility, and mobility at a comfortable pace. It’s particularly well suited to:

  • People who are new to exercise or returning after a break
  • Those with lower mobility, balance concerns, or recovering from injury/surgery
  • Anyone who prefers a gentler class than our higher-intensity sessions
  • Participants who’d like the option to do the whole class seated.

Classes must be pre-booked with Sharon via her Superageing website or by calling her.

Classes for seniors are held at COTA NT in Spillett House every Monday (with the exception of public holidays and instructor ‘rest days’) and start at 10.30am. Early arrival is advised. Class discounts apply for COTA NT members.
