Some Seniors Recognition Scheme prepaid cards for 2025 may not be working

We’re aware that some Northern Territory Seniors Recognition Scheme prepaid cards for 2025 may not be working due to a technical issue.

The NT Government is working with the card provider to fix the problem and send replacement cards as soon as possible.
