You can apply for this card if you are on a pension
You must be NT resident (6 months of financial year) or Australian citizen or resident
- Concessions on rates, waste, electricity, water, sewerage, driver licence, vehicle registration, spectacles.
- Eligibility around residency; and receiving specified Centrelink benefits or Veteran’s benefits
- Supporting documents required (proof of identity and residency)
- Free application (online, in-person, mail or email).
