Aged care booklets and brochures to learn more (recommended reading)

27 Apr 2026

Support to access these services and understand information is on hand from COTA NT’s Aged Care Navigators.

There is a lot of information here, but they can help you by steering you in the direction of the service you need. They can help you with Step 1: Getting registered with My Aged Care.

My Easy Read resources

Easy Read is a format that presents information in a simple way. It uses images to support text, large font and lots of white space. You can read Easy Read documents online or easily print them out.

Easy Read can be useful for people who don’t speak or understand much English, or who have low literacy or a learning disability.

Hard copy resources

Orders can be placed via the online order form on the National Mailing and Marketing website. If you have any issues using this form, contact National Mailing and Marketing by emailing: or phoning (02) 6269 1025.

My Aged Care Online Account

Your My Aged Care Online Account lets you view and manage important information about your care services. Guides help you or members of your support network, learn about and use different aspects of your account. These guides can be read online or easily printed (hard copies not available).

Information in languages

Some translated resources are available from My Aged Care, who are continuing to update their translated materials in line with the new Aged Care Act to make it easier for older people, their families, and carers to access the information they need. More resources will be published as they become available.

For accessible contact options, including translation services, please see our Accessible for all page. You can also contact the Translating and Interpreting Service (TIS National) for support to talk to My Aged Care.
