You can make your home maintenance service request using the form below. Home maintenance services requests can only be carried out in areas serviced by COTA NT and its tradie partners.

If you are unsure whether you live in a serviced area, please contact our Membership team on 08 8941 1004 during office hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 3pm). 

Access to the home maintenance service costs $10 and is charged alongside membership applications and renewals.

    We advise the Home Maintenance team to leave a message if you aren't able to take a call. If you cannot hear or understand the message clearly, call our friendly Head Office team on 08 8941 1004.
