- Review and approval of minutes from 2024 AGM
- Address any issues arising from the previous minutes.
- Chair’s report
- Overview of the organisation’s activities, achievements and challenges during past FY year
- Distribution of COTA NT Annual Report 2024-2025.
- Treasurer’s report
- Presentation of financial statement and address of any financial matters including appointment of auditors FY2025-2026.
- Election of Board Members 2025-2027
- General business
- Time for Members to raise any relevant business or questions.
- Adjournment
- Time and date of next AGM announced
- Adjournment of meeting.
Morning tea will be served following the meeting’s adjournment.
Notes
- Members wishing to nominate for a Board or Committee position must submit their nomination in writing to the CEO by 7 October.
- Any items of general business to be included on the agenda must be submitted by 7 October.
- Only financial members are eligible to vote at the AGM.
