Our Sponsorship opportunities have expanded as our organisation has grown. We have Sponsorship types to suit almost every type of partner, budget, location, length and style of commitment.
One of our Supporters covers the cost of snail mail postage ensuring that our “non-digital” Members receive our news and stay connected to us. Another Supporter offers monetary discounts on instructor fees enabling us to provide discounted fitness classes.
6. Make a donation
You can also help COTA NT by making a financial donation of any size. All monies donated to us stay in the Territory for the benefit of senior Territorians.
We welcome any size donation, as every dollar makes a difference. COTA NT is Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR), which means our donors can deduct the amount of their donation from their taxable income when they lodge their tax return.
7. Leave a legacy
You can leave a financial gift to COTA NT in your will.
You can view more information about end of life and estate planning. You may trust us to spend your legacy wisely and would be happy to talk about ways in which you can continue to help senior Territorians (e.g. awards, observances, event or program sponsorship etc.)
8. Choose an in-memory gift
Choose an in-memory gift instead of funeral flowers or a memorial.
If your loved one has enjoyed the support and services of COTA NT, you may wish let people attending their funeral or memorial know that their wish was to support us through an in-memory gift.
You may also like to tell us where you would like the money spent (e.g. on a particular outing).
9. Fundraise for COTA
Make COTA NT your fundraising beneficiary.
Whether you’re organising an event, fun run or ball, we’d be so grateful to be the recipients of the funds you raise.
Please contact us before you start fundraising, so we can offer you support wherever possible and ensure your of our logos and materials is approved.
And really make change happen.
Publishing inclusive, accessible and relevant news and information for seniors throughout the Northern Territory was on our project ‘wish list’.
Through a major financial gift, we have been able to issue and distribute Seniors Voice in both print and digital formats with each edition targeting over 30 000 Territorians.
