Invitation from COTA to hold an activity, stall (non-food) or performance

We are now inviting SENIORS EXPO registrations from community groups, service providers, government agencies, businesses and other stakeholders for our award-winning SENIORS EXPO.* We encourage groups to not only showcase their activities but to provide seniors attending EXPO with an opportunity to have-a-go and join in. We encourage stallholders to provide plenty of information and time to talk, plus demonstrations, incentives, competitions and more – this helps make EXPO celebratory, age-friendly, unique and truly unmissable.

date: Friday 2 June 2017 time : 10am to 2pm (set up between 8am to 9am)
venue: Museum and Art Gallery of the Northern Territory, Conacher Street, Darwin
cost: free entry for all EXPO visitors, plus a free Greenfields Living morning tea

Expert sausage sizzlers from Bunnings will be back again at EXPO 2017!

Attendees of past EXPOs will know that there is a BYO component to EXPO, which unables COTA to keep participation costs as low as possible. We advise the following as a minimum:

  • Chairs for stall visitors and esky/drinking water and cups also advised.
  • **Please note: some community groups may be accommodated in the community pavilion and will not require a gazebo (to be advised).
  • Bring all other requirements, we encourage creative interactive stalls
