We encourage stallholders to provide plenty of information and time to talk, plus demonstrations, incentives, competitions and more – this helps make EXPO celebratory, age-friendly, unique and truly unmissable.

date: Friday 2 June 2017 time : 10am to 2pm (set up between 8am to 9am)
venue: Museum and Art Gallery of the Northern Territory, Conacher Street, Darwin

Attendees of past EXPOs will know that there is a BYO component to EXPO, which unables COTA to keep participation costs as low as possible. We advise the following as a minimum:

  • BYO gazebo/shade structure, trestle table and 2 chairs (approx. 2m x 2m space).
  • Chairs for stall visitors and esky/drinking water and cups also advised.
  • **Please note: some community groups may be accommodated in the community pavilion and will not require a gazebo (to be advised).
  • Bring all other requirements, we encourage creative interactive stalls

Sing out about your club, group, organisation or business at EXPO!

Note: Spaces are limited, so please complete form and return by mail, email or in person by Friday 31 March 2017.
