See Me Know Me is a campaign devised by Meaningful Ageing Australia. It provides tools to help start conversations around choosing an aged care provider, based on the needs of an individual person.

PICAC NT supports its efforts to support seniors from non-English speaking backgrounds choose their aged care providers. Kits in language contain posters, conversations and thought-starters (click the links below to download them).
