Sharon Kelly of Results: Personal Health & Fitness Coaching has created online exercise classes specifically for senior Super Agers (men and women aged 50+ years) which enables more participants to enjoy her classes, as well as those able to attend face-to-face classes in Darwin and Palmerston (Northern Territory).

  • Sharon’s classes can also be joined via ZOOM (contact Sharon directly for more information on 0438 890 089).
