COTA NT advocating for and working towards an age-friendly, just, inclusive and equitable society for all Territorians over 50
Seniors Voice is a print and digital publication published quarterly by COTA NT – also known as Council on the Ageing Northern Territory – a registered non-for-profit, charitable organisation. It is part of the COTA federation of a national peak body and seven regional COTAs and funded by government grants, sponsorships, membership and donations.
COTA NT has been working towards a just, inclusive, age-friendly and equitable society for all senior Northern Territorians since 1969. The organisation’s mission is to empower older people, those who work with them, government and the community into achieving well-being and social justice for older people. Seniors Voice was published as a community-interest column in the NT News between 2014 and 2019. Since 2020, it has been published by COTA NT online and in limited print numbers.
