Seniors Month Calendar – Register your event

The Council on the Ageing NT (COTA NT) is managing the production of the printed calendar for Seniors Month 2019 on behalf of the Northern Territory Government. If you are organising an event for seniors in August, you can be included in the print and online calendar by registering your details with COTA NT.

1. Visit the web page,
https://www.cotant.org.au/events/territory-seniors-calendar/add
and add the details of your event to the online calendar.
(You can also upload logos and images)

2. Request a registration form and return to COTA NT by email: events @ cotant.org.au (no spaces) or to  Seniors Month Calendar, COTA NT, Spillett House, 65 Smith Street, Darwin NT 0800
or by post: FAO – Seniors Month Calendar, COTA NT, Spillett House, GPO Box 852, Darwin NT 0801

All entries received by method 2 will be uploaded by us onto the online calendar.

Deadlines

Please note in order to meet the production and distribution schedule, ALL event registrations for the printed calendar must be received no later than close of business, Wednesday 5 June. Data for the online calendar only can be submitted up until 72 hours before the event starts.

Distribution

The calendar will be distributed by COTA NT into community locations across the Territory mid-July (anticipated).
