Introduction to Cultural Awareness Training for Care Workers (face to face or via ZOOM)

Intensive two-hour workshop that gives care workers the confidence to care for clients from multicultural backgrounds.

• Includes introduction to working with CaLD clients plus take-away booklets including conversation starters and flash cards
• Cultural Competence test and non-verbal communication activity
