COTA NT will not provide Aged Care Navigator service in 2023

COTA NT has been delivering the Federal Government Funded Aged Care Navigator program for nearly four years. This program is now superseded by the Carefinder program, again funded by the Federal Government Department of Health and Aged Care.
This new service program was put to tender by NT PHN, and unfortunately COTA NT was not successful with this tender.
We would like to thank our Aged Care Navigators who have provided an excellent service to senior Territorians, and we will miss them. Janet Brown in the Top End and Debbie Pepper in Central Australia. Both have gone above and beyond to provide senior Territorians with information and service regarding the aged care system.
From the 3rd of January 2023, COTA NT will not be able to provide the Aged Care Navigator service or the new Carefinder service.
