NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF COUNCIL ON THE AGEING (NORTHERN TERRITORY) INC.

Date:         Thursday 12 October 2017
Time:         12.30pm – 1.30pm
Venue:     Large activity room, Spillett House, 65 Smith Street, Darwin

The COTA NT Inc. Annual General Meeting will commence at 12.30 pm and will be followed by light refreshments.
The two year terms of current Board members will expire at the 2017 Annual General Meeting in accordance with its Constitution.

Nominations are now open for COTA NT members seeking a position on the Board (Board members serve two-year terms). Nominations forms are available prior to the meeting and positions close at the commencement of the Annual General Meeting.

All members are encouraged and welcome to attend and participate in the meeting.
Anyone wishing to become a member is also welcome.

In accordance with Clause 44 of the NT Associations Act a copy of the 2016/2017 audited accounts are available forthwith for inspection by Members upon request to the CEO. A full copy of the Audited Accounts will also be tabled at the Annual General Meeting on 12 October.
