COTA NT Members Notification – Audited Financial Statement

COTA NT’s Audited Financial Statement is now available for viewing by Members.

As advertised, COTA NT’s Annual General Meeting is being in Spillett House, 65 Smith Street, Darwin on Friday 29 October, 10am to 12pm. 

If you wish to attend by ZOOM, please advise COTA by Monday 25 October by email. Thank you.

The COTA NT Inc. Annual General Meeting will commence at 10am and will be followed by light refreshments. 

The two-year terms of Board members will expire at the 2021 Annual General Meeting in accordance with its Constitution.

All members are encouraged and welcome to attend and participate in the meeting. Anyone wishing to become a member is also welcome.

In accordance with Clause 44 of the NT Associations Act a copy of the 2020/2021 audited accounts will be available for inspection by Members upon request. A full copy of the Audited Accounts will also be tabled at the Annual General Meeting on 29 October.
