NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF COUNCIL ON THE AGEING (NORTHERN TERRITORY) INC.
Date: Friday 29 October 2021
Time: 10.00am – 12.00pm
Venue: Large activity room, Spillett House, 65 Smith Street, Darwin

The COTA NT Inc. Annual General Meeting will commence at 10am and will be followed by light refreshments.
The two-year terms of Board members will expire at the 2021 Annual General Meeting in accordance with its Constitution.
All members are encouraged and welcome to attend and participate in the meeting. Anyone wishing to become a member is also welcome.
In accordance with Clause 44 of the NT Associations Act a copy of the 2020/2021 audited accounts will be available for inspection by Members upon request. A full copy of the Audited Accounts will also be tabled at the Annual General Meeting on 29 October. Venue: Rum Jungle Bowls Club
The Annual general meeting of COTA NT Coomalie Branch will be held at the Rum Jungle Bowls Club on Friday 15th October 2021 at 5.00p.m.
All Committee positions will be declared vacant and anybody interested in becoming a member of the committee to help steer this organization in the Coomalie Region is encouraged to come to the meeting and discuss how you can contribute.
