If you have access to a computer/smart phone and internet, then you can now talk to our Aged Care Navigator, Janet Brown (pictured right) face to face via a Healthdirect video call. Family members and interpreters can also link in to the appointment.

Healthdirect Video Call is a comprehensive, secure and reliable video consulting service for healthcare in Australia. It is managed by Healthdirect Australia on behalf of the Australian Department of Health.

The Aged Care Navigator service is designed to assist older Australians and their families to make informed choices about their aged care needs and to get the best outcomes from the aged care system.
