Home Maintenance Service tradies

Currently the COTA NT Home Maintenance Service utilises the trades listed below to service the needs of COTA NT members. The range of trades and services we offer continues to grow and we welcome suggestions on other services that people believe we should provide.

Important: If the trade you think you require is not listed below, please still submit your Home Maintenance Service Request or contact us. We will investigate more Trades as you need them!

The following trades* are currently available (listed A-Z) and serviced by the local businesses listed:

Air conditioning

Servicing of domestic and commercial air conditioners including filter coil and fan cleaning. Cleaning and flushing condensate drains, cleaning electrical panels and optimising unit performance including the upgrading and replacement of existing air-conditioning systems. Design and installation of new air conditioning for domestic and commercial applications.

Air conditioning / ceiling fan cleaning

Domestic and commercial air conditioner cleaning and sanitising including unblocking, flushing and sanitising of drains to ensure no residual offensive odours.

Electrical

Electrical repairs, fault finding, wiring and rewiring, switchboard maintenance and upgrades, safety switch and smoke alarms, equipment safety testing and tagging, new appliance fitting and installation, electrical safety testing, rural service poles, lighting upgrades, lighting level inspections and microwave leakage testing.

Residential irrigation systems

Design and installation of residential irrigation systems and the maintenance and including the water usage optimisation to ensure minimum running costs.

Residential Irrigation / Living Water Smart

Plumbing

Plumbing and gas services which includes maintaining everything from replacement of tap washers, taps, leaking pipework detection and repairs, bath and shower repairs, solar hot water, wastewater pipe repairs and unblocking pipes and drains.
