Seniors Month event organisers register your event ASAP

All event registrations for the NT Seniors Month August 2024 are required 2-3 working days after event organisers receive notification of the grant outcomes from the Office of Senior Territorians to be included in the print calendar.

At time of writing this post, we anticipate that this will be around the end of May.

Sharing event details

• Event organisers can tell us about their event using either:
  • Event registration form (Word) is available here, https://www.cotant.org.au/seniors-month/
  • Online event registration form is available here, https://www.cotant.org.au/events/territory-seniors-calendar/add

Things to know

• If you use the online event registration form, you can upload an image for your event and ‘wax lyrical’.
• If you have difficulties uploading your event details, please contact COTA NT for assistance. It may be that the server is handling multiple requests to upload events, and you will have to try again a little later.
• Event descriptions for the print calendar are only 8-10 words in length due to space restrictions. 
• Please submit final details wherever possible or state ‘to be confirmed’ or ‘to be announced’ if you cannot make the registration deadline. 
• The online version of the calendar can be updated on request up until the day of your event.
• The print calendar will be distributed mid-July to distribution points across the Territory (see here).
