New bus helps for Wheels for Well­being project supporting seniors in Darwin’s rural areas

Thanks to funding from the Community Benefit Fund (CBF) Major Community Organisation Grant, COTA NT has welcomed a brand new bus to support its project Wheels for Wellbeing: Supporting Seniors in Rural NT.

This bus will help seniors in rural communities stay connected by providing safe and reliable transport to essential services, social activities and wellbeing programs. It will reduce isolation and support a better quality of life for older Territorians.
