Home Maintenance Service
You can book your home maintenance service from the COTA NT home page (no more logging in to the Members Section – we listened to you and made it easier!)
Australian Maintenance Company will now be running the home maintenance service on our behalf. The application for service has been updated with their input.
- You can now apply for aircon cleaning, aircon repair, carpentry, electrical maintenance, lawn mowing, painting, plumbing maintenance, rubbish removal, tree maintenance and other services.
- Services are not free of charge but charged at a fair price and undertaken by reputable trades. You will be advised of costs before any work is undertaken.
- You must be a currently financial member to qualify for services.
- If you are not sure whether your area is serviced, please contact us.

Ken has been on the COTA staff for over four years and has made the decision to move on. His frank feedback, dedication to streamlined workflow and focus kept our membership services on a professional footing. Replacing Ken
We are interested in hearing from anyone who is of mature age, experienced in CRM management (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365) and seeking a part-time position within a lively office environment in Darwin.
