Anzac Day commemorations
20 Apr 2026
Alongside all Australians, Territorians commemorate Anzac Day on 25 April, the anniversary of the day when Australian and New Zealand soldiers landed on Gallipoli in 1915 as part of the Allies’ invasion. Anzac Day draws people to dawn services, marches and gatherings.
These are some of the Anzac commemorations planned in the Northern Territory. For details of other services, we suggest visiting your local council’s website or contacting your local RSL branch.
