Formal mechanism for members of the community to lodge formal complaints regarding discrimination they believe they have experienced. This is a free and confidential service. There are three areas of service including: complaints, public education/training and the Community Visitor Program.

Provides advocacy, information and referral to deaf and hard of hearing people of any age. Deaf NT responds to individual needs regardless of the degree of hearing loss, communicated on methods, personal circumstances or additional disabilities. The aim of Deaf NT is to remove barriers to personal development and social inclusion faced by those who are deaf or heard of hearing. Deaf NT also facilitates a Parents of Deaf Group, provides social media opportunities for deaf community communication and social interaction and provides deaf awareness training to community and professional organisations.

The Office of Disability provides support to Territorians with disabilities, children with developmental concerns, people who are aging, families and carers through centralised access and referrals to specialist Office of Disability services. Located at the office are: NT Companion Card Scheme, NT Pensioner and Carer Concession Scheme, NT pensioner and Carer Concession Scheme and NT Seniors Card Scheme.
