Become the best version of yourself and join a small group of like-minded people who will support and motivate each other, whilst learning about the Australian Dietary Guidelines, the 5 Food Groups, how to fill up on nutritious food and enjoy being physically active more often.
Each group clinic includes a weight management consultation and a weight and behaviour change chat. Each week will be fun, social and focus on a different topic to educate and encourage you, with a group lunch to celebrate your success on the last session (at own cost).
You will also receive an invitation to join Julie’s private Facebook support page, for ongoing motivation and assistance in sustaining your new healthy lifestyle.
