A retreat weekend to calm the mind, move the body, eat healthy food and relax in a rural/natural environment. Program will include morning & evening yoga, guided relaxation, mindful cooking, nature meditation, and free time. Meals will be vegetarian and simple. Accommodation will be single beds in a shared room (other options may be available on request). For beginners to experienced yogis.
