Join Bernie from Tai Chi for Health sessions at COTA NT. Tai Chi is an ancient traditional Chinese martial art, a combination of meditation, controlled breathing and martial art techniques. It is characterised by contrasting and complimentary movements which are slow and low impact while practising breathing exercises. Its approach is holistic, considering physical, mental and emotional well being to achieve whole body harmony. It has been described as “meditation in motion”.
$5 for COTA members, $7 for non-COTA members
Advanced class: 9:30 am to 10:30 am
Beginner class: 10:45 am to 11:45 am
