Tai Chi – All Levels

Join a Tai Chi for Health class with Bernie Lee designed for beginners.
 
Tai Chi is a combination of meditation, controlled breathing and martial art techniques. It is characterised by contrasting and complimentary movements which are slow and low impact while practicing breathing exercises.
 

Wear comfortable clothing and bring your own water bottle for classes at Spillett House.

 $5 for COTA NT members and $7 for non-members thereafter

BOOKINGS ARE ESSENTIAL – Class limits apply.
