An event every week that begins at 7:00 am on Wednesday, repeating until December 9, 2020
This eight-week course, delivered by Darwin Stingers Masters Swimming Club, will teach water skills that will enable swimmers of all levels to swim better with less effort.
Classes will be limited to 20 swimmers, and each participant will need your own nose clip and a set of fins.
Each one-hour session will begin with breathing and stretching exercises, followed by a specific water skill demonstration and lesson.
Cost: $7 per session – includes pool entry! Please pay the instructor poolside.
Commitment to participate in all sessions is recommended for the best outcomes.
Suitable for adults of any age and any level of swimming proficiency. Bookings not required.
