Seniors Morning Tea @ Taminmin Library

Come along and listen to some interesting talks and make new friends at Taminmin Community Library’s Senior Morning Teas, held on the second Friday of each month. Tea, coffee and biscuits and good company will be provided and newcomers are always welcome.

June 11 – Reconciliation Week – Local Indigenous Speakers & Poetry

Penny Kellaway, Aboriginal and Islander Education Worker for Taminmin College, and Zelda Quackawoot are our special guests. They will share what it is like growing up Aboriginal in Australia, what Reconciliation Week means to them and sharing some of Zelda’s accomplished poetry

10:30am-12:00pm – Free event – All welcome!
