Join COTA NT, nbn and Litchfield Community Library for the second Rural Seniors Expo. Entry is free and you can enjoy meeting stallholders, attending presentations and picking up free giveaways. Plus a Stroll and Stamp card to be in to win!

Minister for Seniors, Jinson Charls MLA will provide a welcome speech at the Expo at 10.15am.

The Heart Foundation Walking Program are supporting the seniors in the community with an active start to the COTA NT Seniors Rural Expo at Coolalinga Central.

• Venue:  Coolalinga Central, Date:  Friday 9 October, Active Start Walk:  8.30am to 9am
• Coffee & Chat: Mamma’s Kitchen Cafe 9am, Meet: Outside Litchfield Library
• All walkers will receive a Heart Foundation tote bag and recipe books
