Improve your body’s core strength, flexibility, balance, coordination and posture.
Wear comfortable clothing and bring your own water bottle and mat for the classes at Spillett House.
$5 for COTA NT members and $7 for non-members thereafter
Participation by ZOOM is also available for those people unable to be in Spillett House/Darwin. If you wish to take your class remotely/at home – simply book your ZOOM classes with Sharon.
