Parkinson’s Finding the Balance Seminar

Parkinson’s has long been considered a movement disorder but with longer life expectancy. It is often the non-motor symptoms which impact most on clients and their carers. This presentation will explore the aspects of daily life which are commonly affected and address the benefits of informed multidisciplinary care.

Health professionals and carers alike will learn about the physiology of Parkinson’s disease and how they can assist people living with Parkinson’s navigate the health system to maximise benefit for daily living.

This event is available in two formats. We have 50 seats available at the auditorium. There is also the option to virtually attend by dialing in to the event via video-conference. Instructions on how to join the video conference will be sent out to registrants before the event.
