NT Ballroom Dancing Association – Monthly Dance

The Northern Territory Ballroom Dancing Association [NTBDA] has recently commenced monthly social dancing. The Monthly dance will be held on the 2nd Saturday of each month. Sometime the venue will change. Check with organisers prior to attending.
NTBDA encourages all people to participate in social dancing. This is a fun activity that will improve muscle tone, strength, agility, flexibility, balance and mental alertness. Social dancing also provides gentle exercise of the mind while enjoying beautiful music and it is an avenue to make new friends.

7:30 pm until 11:30 pm at MALAK COMMUNITY CENTRE
Entry $10.00 per person. Ticket Sales at Door; and correct money will be appreciated as change is difficult to provide. You are requested to bring a small plate of savouries, or cake to share at communal supper.
