Mindfulness with Gentle Yoga and Deep Relaxation (Presentation 2) (Darwin)

Please bring a Yoga Mat if you have one, a towel to wipe your sweat and a shawl if you feel cold.

Chair for Yoga will be provided

Audrey Audrey is a Yoga and Meditation teacher with a passion for bringing these ancient practices into your life to support your health and wellbeing. She has been a been a practicing Yogini for more than 20 years.

Her expertise in practice and teaching includes Hatha Yoga, which is a mindful form of yoga, focused on encouraging the breath and the body to move in harmony with one another.

Students of all ages are invited to practice to his or her ability and are encouraged to listen to their bodies to give themselves the best possible experience.

She teaches Chair/Gentle Yoga for people of all ages and abilities.

In addition to Hatha Yoga, she also teaches Restorative Yoga which is a passive form of Yoga designed for healing.

She conducts Guided Meditation sessions with deep visualisations. Meditation is a practice that invites your mind to rest and in that resting, find a quietness and calmness within your innermost self. The benefits of meditation help you to navigate your way through your daily life by responding instead of reacting. You can think more clearly because your mind has had a rest. Regular meditation has helped one find a deep sense of calm, peace, and joy within oneself.
