Meditation is a practice that invites your mind to rest and in that resting, find a quietness and calmness within your innermost self. The benefits of meditation help you to navigate your way through your daily life by responding instead of reacting. You can think more clearly because your mind has had a rest. Regular meditation has helped one find a deep sense of calm, peace, and joy within oneself.
“Yoga is not about being able to stand on your head, but about how you feel during the practice in your body, mind and innermost self, and how good you feel when you complete a practice.”
