An event every week that begins at 10:00 am on Thursday, repeating until May 2, 2019
This program is for anyone above 50 who wants to learn more about simple exercises as well as nutrition. There will be one session per week over 4 weeks. Each session will be broken up into a 1 hour exercise session and a 45 minute nutrition session. During the nutrition session, our dietitian will go through a simple meal prep and the nutritional choices that make it a healthy meal. You also get to have some of the food that is prepared!
This program is designed to be conducted in a safe and friendly environment. Exercises will consist of simple warm-up exercises, strength and balance exercises and finish off with a simple game.
Registrations are essential as places are limited.
