This program is aimed at seniors who would like to enjoy some simple physical activity as well as to learn how to prepare healthy meals. Each session ends of with lunch and socialising.
Physical activities include simple stretching exercises as well as basic strength and conditioning exercises.
Meal prep sessions will be handled by an Accredited Practising Dietitian and will focus on healthy meals that are easy to prepare.
The sessions will be held on Thursday 9, 16, 23, 30 March from 10 – 11.45am at Spillet House, 65 Smith Street, Darwin NT
