An event every week that begins at 5:15 pm on Monday and Wednesday, repeating until November 25, 2019
Individual supervised exercise in a small group. Weight training to help prevent Diabetes or manage health conditions such as osteoporosis and arthritis or for people just wanting to get fit and healthy. Get Physical if offering the Lift for Life program which includes full assessment of your specific health needs. Taking into account your particular health and fitness requirements a individualised program is devised and this program is utilised in your sessions.
Sessions are initially two 1 hour sessions per week.
At the end of the program you will be stronger, fitter than you thought possible!
