Exercising in water is easy on your joints, yet with the resistance of the water, it is a good overall cardio workout.
With the use of weights, noodles and bodyweight, it is challenging and fun.
Suitable for all fitness levels for teens or older.
Please bring a water bottle to stay hydrated during class.
