Our Functional Low impact class is exactly what the name suggests. Suitable for all fitness levels, seated option available with a strong focus on strength and conditioning exercises. We use a variety of different weights, resistance bands and balls throughout our sessions.
Held every Wednesday 9:15am – 10:00am at the Lyons Community Centre, heaps of room, air con, toilets and water bubbler.

Once you have registered you simply have to download our free members pushpress app, link attached also. https://apps.apple.com/au/app/pushpress-members/id1309909578 – reserve your class through clicking schedule/ classes. – click settings button (found on the far right of screen)/documents and complete all forms through the app before class if possible. -bring a towel and water bottle to each session.
