Finding our Feathered Friends

August 11, 2017 @ 7:00 am - 1:00 pm

Free

Join us for 4 hours to find common and some not so common birds around Darwin.

This activity includes walking, travelling around in a mini-bus as well as a short tea break. Light refreshments will be included.
A professional bird guide from NT Bird Specialists will educate participants on the various bird species that can be found in Darwin. Pairs of binoculars will be provided for participants to get good views of these birds and the guide will explain about common bird behaviours and migration patterns and how and when to locate them in the wild. The guide will also provide participants with a list of all the birds in Darwin which will motivate participants to head out on their own and keep a look out of the various species

Each half-day session is restricted to 10 participants. Bookings are essential. For bookings, please contact Navin at 89278488 or email
