Chair Aerobics (Palmerston)

An event every week that begins at 9:00 am on Tuesday, repeating until December 15, 2020

Join a seated chair aerobics class specifically designed for the over 50s.
The gentle sitting exercises can also be done at home and are designed to help improve mobility and prevent falls.

Wear comfortable clothing and bring your own water bottle for classes at Greenfields Living Durack Gardens Community Centre.

 $5 for COTA NT members and $7 for non-members thereafter

Participation by ZOOM is also available for those people unable to be in the community centre. If you wish to take your class remotely/at home – simply book your ZOOM classes with Sharon.

BOOKINGS ARE ESSENTIAL – Limit of 15 people per class
