NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF COUNCIL ON THE AGEING (NORTHERN TERRITORY) INC.

Time:         10.00am – 12.00pm
Venue:       Large activity room, Spillett House, 65 Smith Street, Darwin

The COTA NT Inc. Annual General Meeting will commence at 10am and will be followed by light refreshments. 

As per Constitution, all Board positions become vacant. All members are encouraged and welcome to attend and participate in the meeting. Anyone wishing to become a member is also welcome.

In accordance with Clause 44 of the NT Associations Act a copy of the 2022/2023 audited accounts will be available for inspection by Members upon request. A full copy of the Audited Accounts will also be tabled at the Annual General Meeting on 27 October.
