  • Pre-event: Active in Alice Walking Group (meet at 8.15am outside convention centre, for casual 30 minutes walk starting at 8.30am – wear read and BYO bottle!)

  • Qigong With Hellen Checker: 10.30am to 11am (Outdoor/quiet space) 30 minutes free Qigong class, an ancient Chinese practise which harmonises movement, breath and meditation.
