Advertising booking form

Thank you for your booking. As a registered charity and not-for-profit, your support is highly valued by our organisation.  

Your completed form will be sent to our Communications Manager for review and you’ll receive confirmation and further instructions. Please note, this is a part-time position (Mondays to Fridays). Any urgent enquiry should be directed to Head Office on 08 8941 1004 during office hours (Mondays to Fridays 9am to 3pm, except public holidays).

• Ad space is subject to availability and at our discretion.
• Prices stated are exclusive of GST. May be subject to change.
• Artwork must be supplied in hi-res PDF (for print) and jpeg/png format formats online in the sizes specified.
• Discounted ad space is available to currently financial COTA NT Club and Associate Members and Supporters only.
