You undertake entry to, and any activity at Expo, at your sole risk and acknowledge and voluntarily accept the level of risk consequent with entry and activity. If you choose to use the services, products or advice of any exhibitors after Expo, this is at your sole risk. COTA NT is not responsible for, and disclaims all liability for, damages of any kind arising out of use, reference to, or reliance on any information provided at Expo.

Photography, audio and video recording will occur at this event

By entering the event, attendees consent to photography, audio and video recording and its reproduction to be used by COTA NT in its marketing.

Moving around the venue

• Keep your distance (1.5m) from others moving around Expo wherever practical and possible.
• Keep your speed down to walking pace if you are using a mobility scooter.

Consumption of food and drink

• To reduce the risk of spills and slip hazards, food and drink should be consumed in the morning tea area only (does not include water bottles).
• If you do spill a drink, please alert COTA staff and volunteers, so it can be cleared up as quickly as possible.

First aid

For First Aid assistance, visit St John Ambulance.

Venue restrictions

The venue is smoke-free and alcohol-free.

Toilets

Toilets are located within the venue and sign posted. 

Emergency exits

In case of emergency all patrons must leave the building immediate when the alarm is sounded through the exists. Exit points are clearly signed. 

Water

Attendees are encouraged to bring their own water bottles, which can be refilled at the venue.
