COTA NT advocating for and working towards an age-friendly, just, inclusive and equitable society for all Territorians over 50
The Australian Government has introduced a service to assist and guide older Australians and their families to make informed choices about their aged care needs and to get the best outcomes from the aged care system. In the Northern Territory, COTA NT is providing an information hub for the Greater Darwin area and community hubs in Darwin and Alice Springs (both with potential reach into surrounding communities such as Batchelor, Katherine and Nhulunbuy).
If you have access to a computer/smart phone and internet, then you can now talk to our Aged Care Navigator, Janet Brown face to face via a Healthdirect video call. Family members and interpreters can also link in to the appointment.
