Claire Bell

Claire Bell is a corporate communications specialist with over 30 years’ experience working in the Northern Territory.

She established Associated Advertising & Promotions (AA&P) in 1999, a Darwin-based media and strategic communications agency. Over the years, the agency has grown to include an award-winning specialist business events division, AA&P Events.

Claire is an experienced marketer, copywriter, editor, and creative director who has a proven track record for being a politically savvy strategic thinker and counsel. Claire has worked with some of Australia’s largest advertising agencies on Federal and NT Government contracts, and provided marketing, media and issues management advice to a range of major local, national and multi-national clients. A long-term Territorian who experienced Cyclone Tracy, Claire is originally from Lyon (France) and is fluent in both French and English.

Claire is currently NT President of the Public Relations Institute of Australia board, and after 7 years, she will be stepping down in early 2024. Before that appointment, she was a board member and vice president of Alzheimer’s Australia NT (now Dementia Australia) for 9 years.
