Ruby Gaea provides specialised, safe, free and confidential counselling to women and children who have experienced sexual assault at any time in their lives. Ruby Gaea also provides specialist education and training in raising awareness around the issue of sexual assault within the wider community, including government and non-government sectors and other organisations including schools.

SARC provide medical and counselling services to victims of sexual assault. Services are free of charge and include 24 hour medical/forensic examinations for acute sexual assault victims. Counselling services are also available during business hours. Parent body: Department of Health.
